Das Museum of Porn in Art präsentiert:
MIRON ZOWRNIR

Miron Zownir, der POET DER RADIKALEN FOTOGRAFIE, wie Autor Terry Southern ihn einst taufte, gilt mit seinen gesellschaftskritischen und
tabubrechenden Sujets schon seit den frühen 80er Jahren als Underground-Ikone. Mittlerweile wurden seine Fotografien weltweit in zahlreichen
Ausstellungen präsentiert, beispielsweise 2004 gemeinsam mit den Werken von Picasso, Goya, Cindy Sherman in der Ausstellung EL SALVAJE
EUROPEO in Barcelona und Valencia.

Vernissage: Freitag, den 26. September 2008 ab 19.00 Uhr in Edi’s Weinstube, Stüssihofstatt 14 in Zürich. Der Künstler wird anwesend sein.

Filmvorführung: Um 23.30 Uhr zeigen wir im Kino Stüssihof die Dokumentation über den Künstler, “Zownir-Radical Man” von M.A. Littler und die beiden Kurzfilme “Jetzt oder nie” und “Valuev vs. Violence”
von Miron Zownir.

The Museum of Porn in Art presents
MIRON ZOWNIR

Miron Zownir, the POET OF RADICAL PHOTOGRAPHY, as the author Terry Southern , called him once, known for his socially critical and taboo-breaking subjects, already celebrated as the underground ikon in the early 80s.
Meanwhile his photography has been shown worldwide at numerous exhibitions, as in 2004 together with the works of Picasso, Goya, Cindy
Sherman at the EL SALVAJE EUROPEO exhibition in Barcelona and Valencia.

Vernissage: Friday the 26th September 2008 at 19.00 hours in Edi’s Weinstube, Stüssihofstatt 14 in Zurich. The artist will be present.
